I came to David and got my eye brows retouch, eye lid tattoos, and redo my lips all in one day. I was very nervous based on my past experience with all the tattoo artists that I had been with. After one look at the finishing result, I am truly happy that I pick David. He is very gentle, caring and extremely good with his hands, the color, and the shape come outs so well. I went in busted and came out a model looking good!! The process to do the eyebrows takes about 2 hours but it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend to come and get your eyebrows done💕

I have been going to David since 2020. He has never disappointed! I had just been diagnosed with cancer when I started seeing him. My brows never grew back after chemo, but David’s exceptional talent keeps me feeling confident. He is simply the best! He is patient, kind and truly an artist. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my brows and it’s worth an 8 hour trip for me!!!

As my tattooed eyebrows turned blue, I decided to go to David Pham Permanent Makeup to re-do them (of course, after reviewing his works on Social Media & friends of mine). And finally I have my hair stroke eyebrows done after 4 times of laser removal to remove the old tattoo. I absolutely love the result, it looks so natural & beautiful. Love them. Thanks David.

My new eyebrows look amazing! I came across David Phạm because I wanted my old eyebrow tattoos removed and had him create new brows for me. The process was long but it was worth it. He used different techniques to create my gorgeous 3D brows. The ink has multiple shading to give an illusion of real brows. He also took time to create a unique shape for your face which I really appreciated. I also had my lips colored by David. The pain level was 1 out of 10 and he applied lidocaine cream to numb the area so you can’t feel much. Overall, I love the final results and the service was amazing.

My husband drove me from Baton Rouge to Houston specifically to get the tattoo on my lips. He is very professional and patient. All I'm saying is that you won't be disappointed when you're there. I can highly recommend you.

Amazing work! Can’t say enough good things about the people that work here- from the very detailed work to the customer service! Have had my lashes done for 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always stunning and very natural! Highly recommend for lashes!

There is no better way to describe the expert precision and artistry of David Pham, than to say he is a magician and the KING of feathering eyebrows. My brows were previously done by another business, uneven and shaded in. David took on the challenge of removing the previous ink, and gave me the most exquisite feathered brows I could ever dream of having. He and his staff were so welcoming, and the atmosphere is truly aesthetically pleasing. I’ll forever be a customer of David’s for all of my permanent makeup needs.

I came to David for an eyebrow correction that was done so wrong by another technician at another salon 4 years ago. He helped restore my confidence! David did 3 laser removal sessions by PicoSure treatment before reworking on my eyebrows. I couldn't be happier. His skill set is truly amazing. No need to say he's very friendly as well.
